In news that may as well be titled, “duh,” NBC reports that “new archaeological finds suggest that alcohol has been a social glue in parties, from work festivals to cultic feasts, since the dawn of civilization.” By the way, do the kids still say “duh”? I mean to suggest that this might be an unsurprising piece of information.  (
